WE'RE BACK!!!
The time has come....
There has often been the feeling in town that the residents elect people and then those people fail to represent the majority. Here is a place to get information, opinions on what is happening and perhaps a different perspective. Questioning officials actions or lack thereof keeps them accountable. Over time the residents of Owasco may finally have representation that looks out for the majority of the people, the environment and our resources.

I was wondering if the Owasco Informer was done or on Hiatus.
I would like to be the first to welcome you back.
I look forward to crisp civil
discussions on the, goings on in our town.
People need to know what the F* is going on in this town!! We need change,NOW!!! We gave them a second chance and all they do is take care of their own at Owasco taxpayers expense!VOTE EM OUT!!!!! And Wilson lied to my face when he said it was all political.Stupid me fell for it ..Well NOT this time guys,NOT THIS TIME!
When the heck is Wilson going to trial? Who is holding this up. If he was so innocent I think he would like to put this behind him.Just a bunch of crap with him and his guardian angel Klink.
Haha,Wilson thinks if we delays it long enough people will forget about it! What he doesn't know is that people are talking all the more about it behind his back. The longer it goes, the more they think he is quilty!
Heard Wilson had court this week..no statements from Klink!!! Why so quiet??? Whats up with dat??
ACCORDING TO THE AUBURN CITIZEN:
THE TOWN OF OWASCO HIGHWAY SUPERINTENDENT PLEADED QUILTY
The town of Owasco's highway superintendent pleaded guilty to misdemeanor falsifying business records in exchange for a one-year conditional discharge Wednesday, satisfying felony charges.
Michael Wilson, of 7063 Owasco Road, was indicted in April 2010 of submitting a forged time sheet for his son on two occasions and for failing to read his own water meter for a period of two years.
A county judge had dismissed the water meter charges based on a lack of evidence, but the Cayuga County District Attorney's Office re-indicted the charges after presenting more evidence to a grand jury
WOW,I guess Mike lied to the good people of Owasco during his last run for Highway Super!
Yes it looks like he did.
Can anyone believe that the supervisor was not privy to the charges and subsequent evidence which was collected?
Doesn't that make them both liars?
Klink, Alberici, shaw and Wilson all need to go. Mr. Wilson pleads guilty to a reduced charge instead of facing the felony counts against him. A innocent man goes to court if he has all the evidence to clear his name. Mr Klink stood behind in in many articles. Shaw would politic while sitting on his ass how innocent Mike was. They all were part of it.THEY SHOULD SAVE FACE AND ALL RESIGN NOW.
